  • Are you insured and bonded? Yes. Front Range Cleaning Co. carries general liability insurance and is bonded. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance before we start, just ask.


  • How do you handle keys, alarm codes, and confidential information? We take access to your office seriously. Keys and alarm codes are stored securely and only used by the owners. We never open drawers or file cabinets, and we don't move or read papers left on desks. We clean around them. When we leave, doors are locked and alarms are set exactly as you asked.


  • Do you clean after hours? Yes. Most of our office clients prefer evening cleaning so their workday isn't interrupted. We'll work around your schedule, whether that's evenings, early mornings, or weekends.


  • Do you bring your own supplies and equipment? Yes. We bring everything needed, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning products. If your office prefers specific products (for allergies, scent sensitivities, or eco-friendly options), let us know and we'll use them.


  • Is there a contract? How do I cancel? No long-term contracts. We use a simple service agreement that covers your schedule, what's included, and pricing. If you ever want to end service, just give us 30 days' notice and we'll wrap things up. We'll give you the same notice if anything on our end changes. One-time cleanings like move-outs and post-construction don't require an agreement.
